Patio Screen and Storm Doors

We got a service request for a screen door that presents multiple issues:

We replaced the weather stripping. We replaced it with the correct type and adhered it along the edges of the door frame.

Additionally, we replace the bottom sweep, which is a rubber or vinyl strip that seals the gap between the door and the threshold. We replaced it, removed the old sweep, measured the new one to ensure a proper fit, and attached it to the bottom of the door.

Other important parts that we replaced include the handle, the replaced Door Closer, and the support bracket

To maintain your screen and storm doors, we recommend cleaning the mesh and tracks monthly with mild soap and water, keeping them dry and free of debris. Inspect for damage annually or after bad weather, and lubricate hinges with dry silicone or graphite spray. Ensure weatherstripping is clean and intact for a good seal. These steps will help extend the life of your doors!
